Privacy Policy
This explains what Lone Star Elite Roofing, LLC d/b/a Distress Radar Flow collects, why, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers three groups of people, treated differently: our customers, the contacts our customers communicate with through the platform, and the property owners and representatives who appear in public county records.

1. Information we collect about customers
- Account details: name, business name, email address, phone number, the counties on your plan, and your login credentials (passwords are stored only as one-way hashes; we cannot read them).
- Business registration details you provide for carrier messaging registration (A2P 10DLC), such as legal name, EIN, address and website, which we pass to the carrier registry as the law and carriers require.
- Billing details: handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status, plan, renewal dates, usage totals, and a card brand and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
- What you put in the platform: contacts, pipelines, notes, messages, call recordings and transcripts, automations, AI assistant settings and scripts, and support messages you send us.
- Usage and technical data: features used, message and call metadata, timestamps, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs, kept to run, bill and secure the service.
- Demo requests: if you submit the demo form or book a walkthrough, the name, email, phone, role and market you give us.
2. How we use customer information
To provide the platform, the AI assistants and your county's leads; to authenticate you and secure your account; to take payment, meter usage and manage your subscription; to register your business and numbers with carriers; to answer support requests; to send service messages such as password resets, receipts, renewal notices, low-balance notices and outage notes; to improve reliability and product quality; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and licence breaches; and to meet legal obligations.
We also send marketing email about our own products to customers and to people who ask for a demo. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us; that will never switch off the service messages you need to run your account.
We do not sell our customers' personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Contacts, conversations and recordings in your account
When you use the platform to call, text or email a person, or an AI assistant does so on your behalf, the contact details, the conversation, and any recording or transcript are stored in your account. For that information, you are the controller and we are your processor. We store and process it only to run the service for you, and you are responsible for having the lawful basis and any consent needed to collect it, including call-recording consent where your state requires it. If a person contacts us about a conversation with one of our customers, we will point them to that customer and may assist the customer in handling the request.
4. Public records and the people in them
Part of our product is information filed in the public record: foreclosure postings, lis pendens, probate filings, tax delinquency and tax sale records, and published obituaries matched to property records, collected from county clerks, courts, tax offices, appraisal districts and public publications, together with property characteristics and, for some record types, contact information obtained from licensed third-party data providers.
These filings identify real people. Those people did not sign up with us, so we want to be plain about it:
- We collect this information from public government sources, public publications and licensed data vendors, not from the individuals themselves.
- We make it available to subscribing real estate investors in the county concerned, for the purpose of contacting the owner or representative about their property.
- It is not a consumer report and must not be used for credit, insurance, employment or tenant-screening decisions. We prohibit that use in our Terms.
- Our customers are independently responsible for how they make contact, including Do-Not-Call, TCPA and state solicitation rules.
5. Removal and opt-out requests
If you are a property owner, heir or personal representative and you do not want your information distributed through Distress Radar Flow, email support@distressradarflow.com with the property address or case number and we will suppress the record. You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why.
Two honest caveats. First, we cannot retract information already delivered to a subscriber before your request; we can stop future distribution and flag the record as suppressed. Second, the underlying filing remains a public record held by the county; removing it from our system does not remove it from theirs, and anyone else may collect it independently.
If you received a call or text from one of our customers and want it to stop, reply STOP to a text or tell the caller, and it will be honoured by the platform for that customer's account. You can also email us and we will pass the request to the customer.
Requests are actioned within 30 days and usually much sooner.
6. Who we share data with
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, only to provide these functions:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): the platform on which the CRM, messaging, calendars, automations and AI assistants run, and the booking calendar used for demo scheduling.
- Telephone carriers and messaging providers, and The Campaign Registry for A2P 10DLC business registration: to deliver calls and texts and to register your numbers as carriers require.
- Our payment processor: payments, subscriptions and usage billing.
- Supabase: application database, authentication and backend hosting for the county lead feed.
- Cloudflare: website delivery, DNS, security and email routing.
- AI model providers: to power the AI assistants, transcription and document reading. Conversation content is sent to them to generate responses and is not used by us to train public models.
- Data and skip-trace providers: contact-append, property data and address-verification vendors used to enrich public records.
- Document and AI processing providers: used to read scanned county filings and extract the fields they contain.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
7. Cookies, tracking and this website
This marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. It does load web fonts from Google Fonts, and the demo booking calendar is embedded from our platform provider; both of those receive your IP address as a normal part of serving that content. The platform at my.distressradarflow.com stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in; that is required for it to work and cannot be switched off.
If we add analytics later, this section will change before it happens, not after.
8. How long we keep things
Account and platform data is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can come back or ask for an export. Billing, usage and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Public-record data is kept as part of the county archive we maintain, unless suppressed under section 5. Logs are kept on a rolling short-term basis. You can ask us to delete your account data; email us and we will, except where we must retain something by law.
9. Security
Each customer's account is isolated within the platform so that your users see only your contacts and conversations, and county lead access is restricted at the database level to the counties your subscription covers. Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and payment card data never reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@distressradarflow.com. We will verify your request, usually by confirming control of the email address on the account or the details of the record for a removal request, and respond within the time the applicable law allows. You may use an authorised agent where the law permits.
11. Children
The service is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Effective" date at the top will change, and for material changes we will notify customers by email or in the platform.
